Booking an onsite appointment
The questions we will ask are practical ones, and having the answers ready shortens the call considerably:
- How many people, and are they all available in one window
- Where — office, home, hospital, job site, hotel, conference room
- Whether the fingerprints are Live Scan, ink cards, or you are not yet sure
- Who will be physically present as the onsite contact, which matters more than people expect — here is why
- Your deadline
Organizations and groups
For employee or volunteer fingerprinting, the first question is usually not scheduling — it is whether your organisation has an ORI, because that determines where the fingerprint transactions are authorised to go. If you do not have one, say so on the call and we will work through it.
Larger events involve forms, disclosures, identification, applicant instructions, billing and physical setup, most of which is settled before the day. What preparation looks like.
On pricing
Quotes differ between providers mainly because a California Live Scan fee is made up of separate parts and not everyone includes the same ones. What to ask so you are comparing like with like. Mobile appointments also carry a travel component reflecting distance, parking and setup.
